ワンライフです！

今日は、梅雨の中休み久しぶりに晴れ間が見えていたのであります。


けど蒸し暑いのは、変わらないんですけどね！本当不快指数高い一日でした。


ちょっとしたいいことが、スタッフの一人が最近元気ないなーなんて


思っていたので、昨日一緒にいろいろ話したんですが、


最近この仕事を続けていくのがいいのか？自分は、このはまゆうにいて


どうなりたいのか？ってなやんでいたみたいで、私自身仕事し始めて


自分が仕事が続いて落ち着いてくると同じような壁にぶつかった記憶が


あります。ただそこで踏ん張るかどうかは、本人次第だよ


そのうえで私たちが、スタッフの働きやすい環境作りをしているのですよ


私は、去るものは追わない主義なんで、your life is one life


ただ自分の人生だから後悔しないようにね(^O^)/


一緒の仲間は、ついてくれば、体をはってでも守りますです！


あっ真面目なこといってたらわすれてた 昨日のブログで紹介してた

　そうですね　本音を言うとそう感じるときも時折あるんですよ
ただ働きやすい環境とか　去る者とかやはり、私自身が強いとか
ではなく、自分で環境を変えようと努力したり、去ることは悪い
ことではありません　去る事によって自分でいろんな事を考え
そして自分にとってプラスになるように先を読んでいく力が
身につくと私は、思います。ただ去ることを後悔するなら
しないことだと自分を信じて進むのが私の経験上後悔が
ないと感じます。人は、一期一会です　私の信条でもあり
出会う人出会う人私にとっては、大切だと思って昔も今もこれからも
生きていきます。ただ我が人生裏切られたら、とことん容赦なく
起き上がれないように・・・それだけ熱くこれからもやっていこうと
思います。

　良いご意見有り難うございます　私自身今後柔軟に取り入れ
自分を信じて精進していきます。

働きやすい環境ってなんでしょうか…
去るものは何故去るのでしょうか…
自分の人生８０年か９０年もっとあるかもしれない…その限られた人生の中で出会う事が出来る人は世の中の人から比べれはほんの一握り
自分の人生の中で出会う事が出来た事人を大切にして欲しいですね
時には『去る者を追う』があってもいいのでは……
