組織ってなに？

おー今日は、かなり寒い気がする　なんだか気温もかなり寒いが


心も寒いというのも最近なんでか考える事が多すぎるのである


仕事もそれ以外も何でか手を抜きたくなる今日この頃ですが


そういうわけにもいきません　


　ちなみに今日は、ショートも含めて9名の有料の夜勤中で

あります(^-^)　なかなか　一筋縄でいかない2名がおり


なかなか楽しい夜勤でありますが、そんなことではめげない


ｊｕｎちゃんであります　はまゆうの夜勤は、何でか結構楽しい


というのもやっぱデイで顔見知りになっているだけあって結構


難しい人でも理解してくれるのであります(^^;)　いつもじゃないです

が・・・・？けどおかげさまで入居契約者　6名となり順調な滑り出し


と思いきや今度は、なにやらスタッフ同士のぶつかり愛であります


ぶつかっても愛があればどうってことは無いのですが、結構奥深い


このプライドの戦いです　でもこんな事を言い合える皆がうらやましい


と思いつつ心配になる私であります。そういえば全日本女子バレーの


柳本監督が言っていましたが、「女性は、こうやろうと決めて進めていく内に


必ず二つに分かれ考えが外れていく人間がいる　しかし　それも含めて


育てていくと強いチームになる」と意外にこの福祉医療の世界も似てるんじゃ

ないかとちょびっと思っているのであります。(^_^;)


　福祉といえども我々はやはり企業の戦士であります　ただ福祉の心


だけじゃ企業いやゆとりは生まれてこない　そこんとこやっぱ皆


分かってほしいなぁーなんて実感しながら今年も終わり後24日


反省しながらいきたいものです。みんな同じ環境では、難しい組織の


中でどのようにして自分を成長させていきたいと思う今日この頃です。_(._.)_
